Scaling a UK Fashion E-commerce Store to €85K Revenue in 2 Months

The Challenge

This fashion e-commerce brand based in the United Kingdom was running Google Ads but struggled to generate consistent results.

Although the account was active, the campaigns lacked a clear structure and strategic direction. Budget was being spent inefficiently across products, making it difficult to achieve the level of profitability the brand was aiming for.

The objective was to restructure the account and create a scalable Google Ads framework capable of driving profitable growth in a short time frame.

Our Strategy

To unlock growth, we rebuilt the account using a performance-focused campaign structure centered around Performance Max combined with a dedicated Brand Search campaign.

In addition, we implemented our Labelizer segmentation strategy, where products are categorized based on performance data. Products that were consuming budget without generating sales internally labeled as “villains” were isolated into a separate low-budget Performance Max campaign. This prevented inefficient products from draining the main campaign budgets while still allowing them to collect data over time.

This allowed the algorithm to focus the majority of spend on products with the highest likelihood of generating revenue.

Labelizer Product Segmentation

Products were segmented based on performance data, allowing us to allocate budget more efficiently and prioritize high-performing items.

Conversion Data Optimisation

We ensured accurate conversion tracking and fed high-quality purchase data back into Google Ads to accelerate the learning phase of the campaigns.
