Scaling a Fashion E-commerce Store to €1.8M with Google Ads

The Challenge

This fashion e-commerce brand on Shopify was already running Google Ads, but without a clear strategy or scalable campaign structure.

Although they were generating some sales, performance was inconsistent and the return on ad spend did not meet expectations. The account lacked structure, product segmentation and a clear growth strategy making it difficult to scale profitably.

The goal was clear: build a scalable Google Ads system capable of driving consistent growth while maintaining profitability.

Our Strategy

To unlock scalable growth, we rebuilt the entire Google Ads structure around a performance-first framework.

We implemented a simplified but highly optimized campaign structure focused on Performance Max combined with a dedicated Brand Search campaign to capture high-intent demand.

In addition, we implemented our Labelizer segmentation strategy, where products are categorized based on performance. Products that were spending budget without generating sales internally labeled as “villains” were moved into a separate low-budget Performance Max campaign. This allowed us to protect the main campaigns from inefficient spend while still collecting data on underperforming products.

A dedicated brand search campaign was implemented to capture high-intent branded traffic and protect branded search terms.

Product Feed Optimisation

Product titles and attributes were optimised to improve visibility within Shopping placements across Germany and Austria.

Market Expansion

Campaigns were structured specifically for the German and Austrian markets to maximize reach while maintaining efficiency.

Conversion Data & Optimisation

We focused on feeding high-quality conversion data back into Google Ads to accelerate the learning phase and improve automated bidding performance.

The Results

Within 12 months, the account scaled from minimal results to a highly profitable acquisition channel.
